Guests say

Guests appreciate the cottage's prime location in Ludlow, close to amenities and attractions. The property's cleanliness and quaint charm are consistently praised, with its historical character adding to the experience. Comfort is noted, particularly the cosy beds, although the layout and stairs may challenge those with mobility issues. Parking can be tricky, but manageable with guidance. The lack of a sink in the upstairs toilet is a minor inconvenience.

Reviewers consistently describe the cottage as spotlessly clean and cosy, indicating a high standard of cleanliness maintained throughout the property.

The cottage's location is highly regarded for its proximity to the town centre, supermarkets, the train station, and local attractions like the Ludlow brewery, making it an ideal spot for visitors.

Guests find the beds and pillows comfortable, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, the mention of potential issues for those with mobility problems due to the stairs suggests that comfort could be improved for some guests.

The property is well-equipped with necessary amenities, though some guests suggest the addition of a sink in the upstairs toilet and note the restricted cooking space. The presence of a wood burner and provided instructions are positive aspects.

While guests mention a welcome note and appreciate the historical information provided, there is no specific mention of gifts or additional thoughtful gestures that would warrant a score in this category.

Having said that, a really convenient place if you want to see Ludlow...Just a short walk to the town centre...beds super comfortable, and very, very, reasonably priced in the middle of August. Had a wonderful stay in this little cottage...MEL

Excellent selection of local maps and walking leaflets. Restricted cooking space but Ludlow awash with great pubs and eateries.

Everything in its place. very clean. plenty of bath/hand towels, storage, pots pans - totally catered for. Plenty of wood/instructions for the wood burner. Ideal location for 4. Beds/pillows so comfortable. Minutes away from the town. Only issue is parking, as meters and had to shift the car a few times - you need to park a road away from cottage for free; the owner did explain where to park in his welcome email. GALDEFORD A carpark is good place to park long term - just a short walk away if you do not need the car during your stay - who would in Ludlow! Very enjoyable and owner most helpful. Yes would stay again.
