!!! Absolutely disgraceful customer service from Sykes following an awful stay at this property. Oven was so dirty it couldnât be used. Garden couldnât be used, overgrown and needed washed. Some questionable stains and mould around the interior. Lounge sofa and rug absolutely disgusting. Lots of photographic evidence but after 6 weeks of trying to get a response from Sykes, all they can say is that contact should have been made whilst we were there so the problems could have been rectified. Thereâs absolutely no way those problems could. E quickly rectified so thatâs just ridiculous. Photos online not like the property at all!!!!!

Wipe your feet on the way out. Not dog or child friendly, insects, sharp objects and previous holiday goers sweets on the floor. No electricty secondary to a flood. Landlord said he would send someone to fix and didnât. We checked out early. Save your money.

No need to treck far for anything. Asda round the corner, Great walks and cafes near by. The house had everything we needed for the week and we had a relaxing stay. Only down side was the night time traffic, if this is something that bothers you. The traffic was extremely loud due to thin windows. Also we struggled with the WiFi, WiFi boosters are recommended for such a large house as there is no point in smart TVs unless the WiFi reaches them. Overall a great time was had and we would recommend âº
