Very quiet location but easy walk into town centre. Parking place a big bonus, and right outside the entry to the block. Apartment manager/cleaner very helpful and responsive. Problem with operating Roku TV streaming box, but not an important issue for us. Mattress on one of the single beds a bit 'spongy' at the edges, and might need replacing. Overall, a very enjoyable place to stay!

The kitchen was particularly well equipped (but no salt & pepper). The designated parking place is just outside the entrance door and the two flights of stairs easily negotiated. Collection of keys straightforward. There is indeed train noise throughout the day and night on weekdays. Light sleepers should pack earplugs. The owner offers zip/link bed as a king size on request. Despite sending two Emails and receiving confirmation after the second that this request had been received we were disappointed to find that they were left as twins. The single bed nearest the door could do with a new mattress, and the settees would benefit from new (high density) foam cushions as the existing seating is very tired/compressed. An earlier review mentions the slipperyness of the bath when using the shower. The owner stated they would address the issue, however, no non-slip bath mat was provided so we had to purchase our own. Having said these things we enjoyed our stay.

Convenient for river walks, shops and transport if needed. Beds were comfortable and all utensils necessary in the kitchen were there! Very enjoyable stay. Joan
