Tree House Barn in Shropshire is a well-received holiday rental, praised for its peaceful and remote location, cleanliness, and spaciousness. Guests appreciate the secure garden for dogs, the warm and cosy atmosphere, and the helpful property manager. While some guests mention issues with the access road and the comfort of the beds, the overall experience is one of tranquillity and relaxation, with many expressing a desire to return.
The property is consistently described as clean and tidy, with several guests highlighting its immaculate condition. There are minor mentions of cobwebs and spiders, but these do not detract significantly from the overall perception of cleanliness.
The location is highly praised for its peacefulness and beautiful rural setting. The remote aspect is appreciated by many, although the access road's condition is noted as a concern. The proximity to Shrewsbury and local attractions adds to the appeal.
Comfort receives positive remarks for cosy beds and underfloor heating, but there are several complaints about the quality of the mattresses and seating arrangements. The balance of feedback suggests that while generally comfortable, there is room for improvement in this area.
Facilities are generally well-regarded, with a well-equipped kitchen and spacious rooms. However, there are recurring issues with Wi-Fi, a broken window, and maintenance concerns such as the need for a deep clean and updates to furniture and outdoor areas.
While some guests mention welcome gifts such as biscuits and bubbly, there are not enough references to consistently evaluate the thoughtfulness of the hosts. As such, it is not possible to provide a score, but guests should note that such gestures, while appreciated, are not guaranteed.

It was spotlessly clean. Very well equipped. The location was quiet and unspoilt views surrounding it. Would highly recommend.

The cottage and surroundings were lovely and quiet with wildlife in abundance (deer, hare, red kite, fox etc) The garden was fine for our dog; being small and an escape artist he needed to be kept on a longline in the garden but we expected this and he's used to it on holiday. Loved the kitchen, space, views, silence, dark night skies. Thank you!
