The only thing we could not use was the coffee machine as there were no instructions or details of what type of coffee pods to use in it. Sitting out on the decking was very relaxing watching the wildlife and listening to the birds singing and the garden area surrounding the property was well secured for our dog. Cleaners need to pay attention to dusting the artificial plants and removing cobwebs from the chandeliers in the main bedroom, but otherwise it was very clean. We could have done with a small shelf in the en-suite to put contact lenses and tooth brush items on. Plenty of places to visit locally and Ludlow and Chester were well worth a visit. We had a lovely relaxing stay.

.it is in a lovely quiet secure area. The Parlour has been done to a high spec and there is a lot more facilities than an average caravan...the hob is amazing and the oven is great to..we had a little problem with the washing machine but Stuart arrived quickly and fixed it for us...The only negatives is that there was a lot of cobwebs there and the skirting boards in the main bathroom hasn't been cleaned...there is a vacuum and sweeping brush there so I cleaned them...also even though the main bedroom is luxurious the other 2 bedrooms aren't great for adults...the bottom bunk is a few inches off the floor and not easy to get in and out of if your an older adult or for someone with disabilities...I found the stairs ok but other members of the family didn't but the beds upstairs are very comfortable but the room isn't ideal for tall people ...the showers are amazing though and the under floor heating is excellent...I would recommend The Parlour to others.

The staircase up to the first floor is not suitable For most people,as the treads are very close Together you have to be very careful when coming down, and the lack of anywhere to hang clothes is a problem, The pictures do show no wardrobes but they would be a good addition,
