This spacious five-bedroom lodge has plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There are two king-size bedrooms, both with walk-in wardrobes and en suites, three large twin bedrooms and a family bathroom with separate bath and shower. Arrival Information: Check-in is available from 16:00. If you are likely to arrive later than 18:00, please call our resort reception team on 01789 613 808 to let them know. Please note any guests under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Departure Information: Check out time is at 10:00am on the day of your departure. Verde Resorts kindly ask that you leave your accommodation as you found it.
Hot Tub Information (In Premier accommodation only) : Please note due to water change and maintenance your hot tub may not be up to the correct temperature when you first arrive. By using the hot tub you are agreeing to Verde Resorts’ terms and conditions, and agreeing that you have read their hot tub safety information, found here.
Bathrobes: Bathrobes are available to hire for £5.00 per bathrobe. Please note: Bathrobes are only available on a request basis when you arrive at the park.
Travel cot hire: You can request a travel cot on your booking. Please note, there is no bedding provided and the mattresses are folding, thin and firm and is provided by manufacturer. We require you to follow the safety instructions, which state not to use a secondary mattress or any padded bedding such as pillows or quilts. You must bring your own bedding (e.g infant sleep bags). Please contact reception for mattress dimensions should you require. For further information on safe sleeping in travel cots please refer to information available from sites such as the Lullaby Trust. Important travel COT information Manufacturers instructions are provided at the point of issue and cots are cleaned in line with these after each use. Please also be aware that travel cots may not fit in double/master bedrooms in selected units, please call reception on 01789 613808 for more information if a cot is needed.
Pets: Please make sure that you have included your pet in your booking. If your pet is not included, Verde Resorts will either relocate you to a pet-friendly lodge, if there is one available, or holds the right to refuse access to the resort. You may be liable for any charges incurred.

10 of us stayed in lodge 13 and it was really beautiful. The lodge is perfectly sized for 10, had 1 bathroom and 2 ensuites and is equipped with everything you need except for dressing gowns but these are available for rent from reception if required. We were a bit worried it would be cold with us visiting in December but the central heating is fantastic and we often had to turn it off as we were too hot!Only downsides for us were: the hot tub is not big enough for 10 so we couldn't all go in at the same time. Id say youd fit 6 comfotably. The dishwasher wasn't working which we did report to the man who comes and checks the hot tubs and he did have a look for us but was unable to sort and nobody else came time fix it so there was a lot of washing up to be done due to there being 10 of us there.Stratford centre is not too far by car but there's not much immediately around the area or on site. Shower pressures weren't the best and you can't run another tap or shower or flush the toilet without it being affected.4 adults had to have single beds as there are only 2 double rooms, but that is really just down to our party being made up of 8 adults and 2 kids, if there were more kids than adults it would be fine.Overall, a fantastic stay and we all said we would definitely stay again.

A beautiful lodge with a hot tub – perfect for a relaxing gathering with friends and family. It did feel a little out of the way, and while that’s part of the charm of a retreat like this, I suppose I expected a little more in terms of things to do.My teenagers found it boring (typical teens!), so I’d say this place is definitely best suited for those looking to completely switch off and do absolutely nothing – which, to be fair, is exactly what some people need.Gilly’s Frisbee Golf, just over the road from the main gate, was an unexpected highlight – absolutely brilliant and highly recommended!I’d most definitely return, but next time… without the kids!

Beautiful lodge, the surroundings were a little drab, would be nice if there was a pond or something to look at. But the weather was great so we had a lovely week in and out of the hot tub.
