The house is spacious and very well presented. The owner came round extremely quickly to help us when we contacted her with a query about the heating. We were able to cook a full Christmas dinner and we could seat all 6 of us (and more if needed) in the dining room, and also at the extendable kitchen table. We were able to park two cars at the space at the back, and used the parking voucher provided for the third car which once was parked outside was not needed again until we left. The house is within easy walking distance of all that Stratford has to offer, so no parking problems. We hope we can do this again next year!

The ability to park three cars was really helpful, but make sure you follow the instructions to locate the two rear spaces! There was plenty of cutlery and crockery for everyone, and kitchen equipment and utensils to cook. The dishwasher was also well used! The house was nice and warm with plenty of hot water. The rooms upstairs and downstairs were bigger than expected and equipped with everything we needed. The one single bedroom is small, but not a problem for one person. The three bathrooms, one on every floor, were also a big help for the family of 10 that we were for our weekend stay, aged from 7 months to 90 years old. The availability of a cot and highchair also helped us a lot. Unfortunately a wet November weekend didn't give us the opportunity to use the garden, but I can see it is a great facility for the summer months. There are a few places that need a touch of paint, like the stairs, but a small detail like this isn't going to take away from a great house in a fantastic location and we would definitely book again.
