Broad Meadows Farmhouse is a beautiful Queen Anne style property dating back to the 1690s. Lovingly renovated, its commanding position ensures stunning, panoramic views.
On the edge of the small village of Bayton you’ll find Broad Meadows Farmhouse. Once the principal farmhouse on the local Shakenhurst Estate, the property has been renovated to a very high standard, keeping all the charm and character of the original Queen Anne building, with wooden beams and lattice windows, but adding lots of modern amenities too. This stunning property is set in the beautiful, unspoilt countryside of the Worcestershire and Shropshire border.
There’s plenty of space throughout the property for a large group of you to relax and unwind. The little ones might want to make a space of their own in the snug, with its sofa, bean bags and smart television, for instance, while the open plan kitchen and dining area has a dining table that seats twelve, as well as large french doors that let the light flood in. The super king size bedrooms all have zip link beds that can be converted to twin beds should you wish.
Perhaps the most unique feature of Broad Meadows Farmhouse is its amazing outdoor facilities, including an outdoor dining area with its bespoke resin 12 seater table with a fire pit in the centre; along with the hot tub and garden seating area, all integrated to make the most of the stunning views. There is even a tree house observation area for the young at heart!
This booking option allows guests access to the ground and first floor rooms only. Larger groups of up to 12 guests can book Broad Meadows Farmhouse (12 Guests) which gives guests access to the entire house with a further two en-suite bedrooms on the second floor.

There is a tree house observation area to make the most of those views, but please make sure that children are supervised at all times.
