Brook House is one of five superb holiday cottages on the 700-acre Netherley Hall Estate. This family-run estate is located on the western side of the Malvern Hills and specialises in breeding cattle and sheep. Guests can enjoy marvellous woodland walks right from the doorstep, including scenic routes leading up to the iconic British Camp, part of the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The cottages are just a 15-minute drive from Malvern and offer panoramic views of the surrounding wooded hills and unspoilt countryside. The area is a haven for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, with abundant wildlife to observe and excellent walking, cycling, and birdwatching opportunities. The nearby Worcestershire Way and Geopark Way are popular long-distance trails for more adventurous explorers.
Each cottage has been carefully restored using local materials, including English oak timber felled on the Estate. With a strong focus on sustainability, the Estate minimises the use of plastics in the cottages and promotes local produce. Guests also have access to a gym and tennis court, adding to the variety of leisure options during their stay.
Nearby attractions include the Malvern Hills, Eastnor Castle, the Three Counties Showground, and Malvern Theatre. The local area also offers golf, fishing, horse riding, and seasonal fruit picking. We had a fantastic weekend get together with friends. There were 9 of us, not quite enough chairs in the sitting room but beds and pillows were comfortable. Our contact, Kim, was fantastic and went above and beyond. The surrounding area is stunning and we all enjoyed a lovely walk.Would definitely consider heading back again.

Loved the house and surroundings - a group of us with 2 dogs had a great stay and enjoyed walking around the village and estate as well as tackling the Malvern Hills which were nearby.Found the Alturo Lounge in Malvern open all week and serving great vegetarian dishes and very dog and human friendly!A more detailed map of the walks around the estate would have been useful and maybe a book for guests to write comments would be helpful.Would happily return.

We had a wonderful week end at Brook house, the house is very comfortable and had everything you could want. The surrounding area is lovely, we had an amazing time and would visit again
