A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer adds convenience to your stay. The expansive kitchen area, designed for family gatherings, features ample dining space to seat everyone, complete with an open fire for the cooler winter nights. From here, doors lead out to a balcony overlooking the garden, where outdoor seating and a wood-fired hot tub await.
The ground floor is a haven for fun and entertainment, boasting a games room equipped with a multi-games table, a sofa, and another smart TV, making it an ideal space for children. Additionally, there are two convenient downstairs toilets on this level.
Ascend to the first floor to discover three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master suite is a sanctuary of luxury, featuring a king-size bed, a roll-top bath in the corner of the room, a dressing area, and an en-suite shower room. Two additional double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower rooms, provide comfort and privacy. A reading nook off the landing, complete with a bar area, invites quiet moments, while the main family bathroom offers a bath, and a separate shower.

Felt underwhelmed by the property-certainly not 'luxury' or'exceptional property' as stated. No heating or lighting on our arrival-very unwelcoming. No instructions found for heating so problematical thruout our stay. Rad thermostat on broken bathroom bedroom. Informed just before arrival that one ensuite out of commision so family bathroom had to serve 8 of us. No basin in that separate toilet Outdoor patio lethal after rain Hot tub took 4 hours to heat so only able to use one day, and misnomer to say for 6! Single beds v squeaky, one adult had to sleep on sofa because of it No curtains in 'snug' lounge, we didn't find it at all snug and spent our evenings in the kitchen/diner. Games room consisted of a broken football table and some boxed games-children didn't use at all. Studio a cheerles room -unused. Electricals dodgy, flickering lights at times, several rooms had all 4 electrical units on one spur Good points-lg porch held all shoes and coats. Plenty homeward. Disappointing

nice house, some intersting wiring but generally all ok. Various things in the house were not working, sauna, few lights.
