Guests say

Dellswood is a spacious and comfortable cottage with well-equipped facilities and a beautiful garden. Guests appreciate the comfortable beds, welcoming touches like milk and shortbread, and the property's proximity to Broadway. While some minor maintenance issues and a lack of instructions for appliances were noted, the overall experience was very positive, with guests eager to return.

The property generally appears to be clean, with guests mentioning comfortable beds and well-stocked kitchens. However, there were comments about cobwebs and only one towel provided per guest for a two-week stay, suggesting room for improvement in cleanliness.

The location is highly praised for its easy access to Broadway and the Cotswolds, with a variety of activities nearby. It is also noted for being quiet despite being on a main road, making it an excellent base for exploring the area.

Guests consistently mention the exceptional comfort of the beds and the restful sleep they enjoyed. The property is described as spacious and welcoming, contributing to a comfortable stay.

The property is well-equipped with a good Wi-Fi connection and a well-stocked kitchen. However, there were several mentions of maintenance issues such as problems with the heating system, smoke alarm, and dining chairs, indicating that some attention is needed.

While guests appreciated the welcoming touches like milk, shortbread, and toiletries, there is not enough information to determine if such gifts are consistently provided to all guests. Therefore, a score cannot be given, and guests should note that such amenities are not guaranteed.

House is good and within a 15 minute walk into Broadway. Good parking space for two cars. Internet was good. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Only issue is the heating. There is an electric blow heater in the front room which worked perfectly the night we arrived then came on and off intermittently. The central heating worked well but seemed to revert back to a previous setting. That said we were comfortable and would use it again.
