Guests say

Pheasants Nest is a well-received cottage in Broadway, praised for its peaceful location, comfortable beds, and high-standard furnishings. Guests appreciate the friendly host and the property's proximity to local attractions. The picturesque setting and occasional thoughtful touches like homemade cake add to the charm, though some minor criticisms about facilities and seating comfort exist.

The property is consistently described as clean, with specific mentions of clean linen and a spotless apartment, indicating high standards of cleanliness.

The location is highly regarded for its picturesque walks and proximity to Broadway centre. The views and peaceful setting are frequently praised, though the walk to the town centre may be a slight inconvenience for some.

Comfort is generally praised, especially the beds, but there is a single mention of an uncomfortable settee, slightly lowering the score.

While the property is described as well-furnished with modern appliances, there are mixed comments about the facilities. Some guests missed a microwave and information folder, and there was a discrepancy in bed size. Due to these inconsistencies, a definitive score cannot be provided.

Guests have mentioned thoughtful gestures such as homemade cake upon arrival. However, as these gifts are not consistently reported by all reviewers, they should be considered a delightful bonus rather than an expectation.

The beds were comfy and furnishing were all to a high standard. The Pheasants Nest is a beautiful and stylish, clean and very well decorated/furnished apartment with modern appliances. The beds a very comfortable with clean linen and the bathroom modern too. No expense has been spared on this property and there are two other places to stay on-site. .Very well situated for walks/views and a 10/15 min picturesque walk to Broadway centre. Some may think this is a negative but if you’re not used to ponies it may not be the place for you as the stables are directly under the outside balcony. We are horsey people so we didn’t mind at all, and as previously stated there are two other accommodations on site that aren’t close to the stables. Susan the proprietor is lovely and lives on site and her complementary banana bread is gorgeous .We had a lovely stay and would definitely go back The Cahill’s
