Guests say

Park View is highly praised for its tranquil setting, beautiful countryside views, and spacious, spotlessly clean lodge. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, peaceful atmosphere, and dog-friendly environment. The location is ideal for exploring local attractions and enjoying rural walks. While the majority of feedback is overwhelmingly positive, a few guests noted minor issues such as the size and position of the TV, low sofas, and a desire for more secure outdoor space for dogs. Overall, the property offers a relaxing and comfortable retreat, perfect for families, couples, and pet owners.

Cleanliness is consistently highlighted, with multiple guests describing the lodge as spotlessly clean, very clean, and well maintained. Only one mention of minor carpet marks was noted, but this did not detract from the overall impression.

The location receives high praise for its peaceful, rural setting, stunning views, and proximity to local attractions and walks. Guests value the quiet environment and easy access to nearby villages and countryside.

Guests find the lodge comfortable and spacious, with well-appointed bedrooms and living areas. Some mention the sofas being low or small and the TV being awkwardly placed, but these are minor compared to the overall comfort experienced.

Facilities are described as excellent, with a well-equipped kitchen, modern amenities, and thoughtful touches. Minor suggestions include a larger TV, more kitchenware, and improved outdoor security for dogs, but overall satisfaction is very high.

Several guests mention welcome packs and treats for both adults and dogs, which were greatly appreciated. Please note, however, that such gifts are not guaranteed for every stay.

Very clean, spacious well appointed comfortable lodge. In comparison to other lodges we have used this one was enormous with 2 bedrooms a walk through dressing room bathroom and ensuite shower room. Our one minor issue would be the size & position of the T.V it was quite small for the size of the lounge & mounted quite high up on the wall. We also felt the sofas to be a tad low. With this in mind we definitely enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay there again.Just a heads up, if you plan to visit the Blackcountry museum it is currently closed Monday & Tuesday.
