Clean, warm, all amenities worked, and very spacious. Great location, Pubs very local with great food. Fishing wasn't great because of high waters but you can't blame that on the accommodation. Would definitely book again :-)

Beds were superb, all of us slept soundly. The lounge was rather dark without the lights on. One bedroom had no window. Wi-fi, was excellent, but no phone signal. Caretaker, Graham was very helpful and friendly. Would I recommend, DEFINITELY.

The property is as described, well presented, comfortable and well equipped. We had a minor maintenance problem which was dealt with immediately by the lovely man upstairs. It is a little bit dark but that was great as it was really hot so it helped to keep cool. Would highly recommend this property.
