Please note: Children must be supervised at all times on the patio.. Nestling in a quiet backwater just a couple of minutes from the centre of Haworth village is Belle Isle Cottage. This modern stone built mid terrace cottage is meticulously presented and provides spacious accommodation for five guests, ideal for families or friends who wish to enjoy all that this wonderful area has to offer. The owners provides Welcome Fair Trade refreshments and an environmentally friendly cleaning pack. The cottage overlooks picturesque landscaped parkland to the front providing a charming path up to the centre of the village. To the rear of Belle Isle Cottage is the River Worth which provides a very therapeutic sound as you relax on the patio. A little further to the rear through the shady trees is the Worth Valley Railway which can be enjoyed via a very short walk from Belle Isle Road.

Absolutely everything we neeiin this clean and comfortable house. I don't think the photos do it justice as it's bigger than they suggest. It is a very short walk to the train station, the Parsonage and the town centre. The hill into town was a bit of a challenge but with a couple of stops to catch my breath (long COVID) perfectly manageable and well worth it for the pubs, cafes and shops. There is a bus stop a couple of minutes walk from the house so we used the bus to visit Hebden Bridge and the route crosses the moors with lovely views and gorgeous autumnal colours. I would love to return to the house in late spring or summer to make use of the riverside seating area.
