A large family home just yards from the golden sands of Bridlington Beach and within walking distance along the Victorian Promenade into the town centre. An ideal base for a seaside break.. 1 step to entrance.

Excellent stay, warm welcome from David. Six adults stayed plus a cockapoo, plenty of room, comfortable, well equipped house in an excellent location for getting around the area. Two minute walk to the sea front, lovely to leave the car. Had a lovely week rediscovering an area we hadn’t visited for 23 years, won’t wait as long before we return!

Lovely House, with all the essentials for a home away from home holiday.The downstairs bedroom and bathroom was perfect for my elderly parents with mobility issues. Kitchen was great with all you need and the dining room for gathering around the table playing games. Beach just a 2 minute walk away and lots to see and do in the area. Old Town was lovely especially The Priory.We arrived earlier, so didn't get a welcome pack to comment on the goody's. David the owner popped over and was lovely and shared lots of details about things to see and do. We highly recommend the local bakery, Aloha restaurant and Manchot Tapas bar and the pub literally a five minute walk; The Seabird. Local supermarket for all your essentials and plenty of little independent shops.Filey is lovely and got some lovely chocolates from Sterchis Chocolate shop (should of stocked up as very 😋)Flamborough head is a short drive with a lovely restaurant on site.If you like walks a visit to Hayburn Wyke waterfall, lots of walks around there and a nice afternoon tea in the pub afterwards.Robinhood bay is another good area to visit.We highly recommend Number 3 for a family break or with friends as there are lots of fab things to see and do. We only did 4 nights, but will definitely book for a longer break next time.

Really nice house and great location with a great host everything went well would certainly recommend this house and host, small issue with a leak that i reported and host was getting straight on to it!
