This house was perfect for our family holiday. We wanted to visit Yorkshire to see the Puffins at Bempton & this was a perfect location. David met us a few hours after we arrived & recommended a great dog friendly pub to us (The Ship), which we loved. The location of this house was perfect. Very quiet area yet only a 15min walk to the main town & only a 15min drive to Bempton. Very close to North beach which is a dog friendly beach too.Everything we needed at the house was there.

Large comfy house in a great location only 5minute walk to the beach & a leisurely stroll to Sewerby or town centre. 6 adults & 2 large dogs in our party & plenty of room. Lovely secure garden for dogs & sitting out. Private parking which we didn’t use as plenty of on street parking. Downstairs bedroom/shower a bonus. Wonderful array of books & artwork. Large dining table for family meals. TVs all just use apps which is a bit of a nuisance to the less technical (like me!) & main one didn’t have iplayer but not a major issue (only wanted for World Cup!). I assume this would be easy to add. No welcome pack (unusual) or visitor book & could do with an information book for anyone who is new to Bridlington. However - I would definitely recommend & would not hesitate to come back for the next family gathering! Thanks to David for letting me go in early. Kay

This is a great house for a family holiday. It is spacious, comfortable and the garden is safe for children and dogs. The shower was very powerful and the beds were comfortable. The air fryer was very useful and we were pleased that the fridge freezer is bigger than the one in the photograph. As commented in a previous review the televisions can only be used using apps. This wasn’t a problem for us but we couldn’t get BBC iPlayer to load in the living room. Having an additional television and sofa in the kitchen was great for supervising children while cooking. We were very lucky with the May half term weather so Bridlington was busy but street parking still wasn’t a problem. This was despite the house being a very short walk from the seafront. Very large cars would be a squeeze in the parking at the rear of the house. David was very helpful, although we didn’t have any problems during our stay, and he even let us stay an extra couple of nights without charge as there wasn’t a booking in place. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.
