We had a lovely four nights with the grandchildren. Although the visiting romany children weren’t as well behaved. Loved the ‘secret garden’ overlooking the river Bain. The village pub/hotel is closed but three available at nearby Askrigg, walkable.

Lovely cottage in a fantastic location. Clean and well equipped with plenty of kitchen equipment. Beautiful garden overlooking the river which is perfect for sitting out in. The beds were really comfy, and the living room was cosy with lots of games and information. Would definitely recommend!
