Alma House is a traditional stone-built Dales home situated in the heart of Reeth, overlooking the village green and surrounded by the sweeping landscapes of Swaledale in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Accessed via a ground-floor entrance with stairs leading up, the first-floor living space feels light and airy, with windows framing views across the village and towards the surrounding moorland. Lovely and warm. Clean and kitchen fully equipt. Only down side was no enclosed garden which made it difficult with young dogs. 3 floors to the property so this could be difficult for people with disabilities. Could do with a starter log pack for the fire however the property was always warm so maybe not necessary. Overall a lovely stay would recommend

Well presented and spacious layout. The separate bathroom, toilet and shower room meant we all weren't fighting over who went first in the shower! Comfy beds with lovely bed linen. All bedrooms were a generous size so made a week long stay easier. Living room and dining room were also a good size so we could all spread out and have our own space Would recommend.

The bedrooms were big and the living room enormous. The kitchen was very well equipped. There is a really useful space by the front door for dumping boots and rucksacks. The owners were very helpful. There is space to unload your car but parking is on the green a couple of minutes away.
