Absolutely stunning large cottage. Beautifully furnished and loved the welcome touches too. Richmond is a lovely town to walk around and everywhere is dog friendly too. Will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The cottage is just fantastic. Very spacious and comfortable for 6 people. Extremely well equipped. The beds were fantastic. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is so central, it is a 60 second walk to the market square, but being away from the main streets it still feels peaceful. Despite being terraced we heard no noise from neighbouring properties at all. You can do great walks from the doorstep. Richmond, the castle, the station and walk to the Abbey, river and woodland walks, there is so much to do without a car. A slightly weird thing about Richmond is that you cant take dogs into parks, even on a lead!! Which is just bizarre. However there is a large field beyond the allotments where you can exercise dogs. Brilliant choice of pubs and restaurants to walk to, most of which do allow dogs too. We normally stay out in the countryside in the Dales National Park but have been converted to in-town locations with this holiday cottage.
