Our beautiful holiday home situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a private location on Primrose Field, a few minutes’ walk either to the Entertainment Centre & shops or Lakeside Restaurant and activities.

Our caravan is perfect for larger families, it is convenient for access to the entertainment venues, it has 3 bedrooms and a pull-out double bed.

Outdoor space provides parking for 2 cars on hard standing. Also, close to an open play area & swings for children although their far enough away not to be disturbing. There is a large lawn area ideal for relaxing with a veranda west facing position, so sun late into the evening. Wicker seating for the family to enjoy while sat outside hopefully in the Sun!

LIVING ROOM: As well as benefiting from full central heating and double glazing the living room has an electric fire too.

The home is fully alarmed.

TV, Games Console/DVD player and a large selection of DVDs, seating covering two sides of the caravan, a pull-out double bed and also a free standing dining table.

This 6 Berth holiday has gas central heating, double glazed throughout and a delightful spacious kitchen area. With plenty of kitchen storage space there is an oven with four ring gas hob top and overhead extractor fan against a tiled splash back & decorative surround. Fitted microwave to wall and full-sized fridge.

Further storage space & dining table with L shaped sofa and chairs for family gatherings. Leading to lounge is a spacious wrap around sofa, and further pull-out double bed. The room has an attractive feature with decorative electric fire. There is also a full size fitted cabinet with storage. TV cabinet to corner with high-speed Wi-Fi.

KITCHEN: Fully fitted modern kitchen with gas oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, iron, full size ironing board, vacuum and full inventory of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, cups and glasses etc.

BATHROOM: The Bathroom has a generous-sized shower and wash basin.

TOILET: Separate toilet with wash basin.

BEDROOM 1: This Room has a double bed with 1 double wardrobe and overhead shelving & cupboards.

BEDROOM 2: The room consists of two Single beds, a wardrobe, overhead shelving & cupboards.

Bed linen is not included in the price (but can be added) so you will need to bring your own but duvets and pillows are provided.

All gas, electricity and water is included in the price.

The entertainment passes are NOT INCLUDED, but these can be purchased from reception if required.

This is a no smoking home and unfortunately, we cannot accept any pets.
