We have stayed in filey for many years this is 1 of the most lovely places we have stayed in home from home it was excellent to be near the town & the beach as my husband struggles to walk now the bk garden nice& private plus a little sun trap we will be hoping to book for next year had a lovely 2 wk stay couldn't have asked for more

Had a wonderful holiday at seaside grandads. Very clean and comfortable. Only a 10 minute walk to local amenities and the beach.The cottage was perfect for us as it had 2 living areas 1 for the adults and 1 for the kids. Kitchen was well equipped. Garden is well established and was lovely to sit outside.The only 2 things we felt could be improved are we would have liked a tumble dryer. There’s no room currently for one but maybe change the washer to a washer dryer in the future and there are no locks on the toilet doors.All in all a great time had by all
