On the ground floor there is a beautifully airy open-plan sitting room with comfortable, quality sofas, painted wooden flooring and sash windows. There is a dining table to seat six people and French doors lead to the rear garden. The open plan kitchen is on one level and creates a wonderfully sociable atmosphere.

The first floor is home to a bathroom with full size bath, shower, basin and WC, 1 Twin bedroom and 1 Super King bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

On the second floor there is a delightful twin bedroom with its own shower room and velux windows.

To the rear of the cottage there is a small patio area with two small outdoor tables and six outdoor chairs.

From here, you will quickly be walking with the sand beneath your toes, fossil hunting or taking one of the informative boat trips from the harbour. Adventurers will love exploring nearby coastal resorts such as Scarborough, Filey and Robin Hood’s Bay, each with their own charms, and collectively boasting miles of glorious sandy beaches.
