Bankside is an easily accessible ground floor apartment with luxurious décor throughout, in a contemporary style with a light traditional twist. A a spacious living/dining/kitchen area, shower room and two luxurious bedrooms. Set within Whitehall Landing, a sought-after development, there are communal grounds that can be enjoyed by guests and even a communal children’s play area to keep your kids busy on quieter days. The apartment has one allocated parking space but other visitor spaces are potentially available if needed. Unfortunately mobility scooters are not allowed on the site and there are no electric car charging facilities.
Whitby is one of Yorkshire’s most picturesque coastal fishing towns, with a bustling harbour, narrow cobbled streets, old fishermen’s cottages and historic abbey. This atmospheric place has plenty to offer visitors, whether you choose to experience the traditional seaside charm, or something slightly less conventional like the annual Goth Festival. Beach 1.7 miles. Beach 1¾ miles. Shop 700 yards, pub 500 yards and restaurant 350 yards.

The flat was well equipped and exactly as advertised, which made for a very comfortable stay. One small improvement could be blackout blinds rather than shutters, as more light comes through than expected. As it is a ground floor flat, noise levels can also depend on the residents or guests staying above. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, would recommend the accommodation, and would happily book again if visiting Whitby in the future. Many thanks!

This property that we stayed at “Bankside” was absolutely lovely. It was easily found with a parking space. The property itself was comfortable and had everything that was needed for a holiday getaway. We spent a very pleasant time exploring the surrounding area. Thank you
