Eastside house is a clean comfortable holiday let in an ideal location, easy walk into Whitby and a little detour in the other direction takes you along the viaduct into town, a lovely stroll along the railway track takes you to Ruswarp. Only two of us stayed but the accommodation was well equipped for six. Good to have control over how warm you want the heating as a lot of holiday lets now don't. Thank you for the welcome items of tea, milk, juice and biscuits. A few negatives, the kettle needs replacing it was all rusty inside (we purchased our own for our stay),holes in bed linen ,remotes for living room TV has a very temperamental select button and for some reason the WiFi only allows a limited number of devices to connect to it.Would consider booking again when wanting to stay in the area.

Comfortable and cosy house in a central location, within walking distance of the sights, shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. House was spotless and roomy. Good parking too which is a bonus in Whitby! There were only 3 of us, but the house is perfect for a family who would like to holiday in Whitby.

This is the second time we have stayed here it’s about a 15 mins walk downhill into Whitby and a bit more back as it’s uphillIt’s quiet and the house is spacious and very clean and being out of the hustle and bustle suits usThere’s a Morrisons convenience store across the road and a Sainsbury’s up the hill if you need anything Plenty of parking
