The patio and small lawned garden with lovely views is perfect for dining al fresco on warm evenings. The property is spacious and well presented retaining many original features and an open fire. The golden sandy beach, the harbour dotted with yachts and fishing boats, the town centre and the abbey and church are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Fantastic stay in a beautifully appointed home right in the centre of Whitby. We had private parking for 2 cars right in front of the house which is a massive bonus and everything you need is only 5-10 minutes walk away. The house is immaculate inside and spotlessly clean and there’s bags of room for everyone. The living room had plenty of seating as did outdoor spaces and the dining room. The kitchen was well equipped with washer, dishwasher and two fridges. Beds were comfy with lovely bedding, hot water was in plentiful supply with white fluffy towels and there were also beach towels provided. Restaurants, takeaways, and supermarket are all close by so no need to continually drive. Fantastic place to stay and highly recommend!
