Spend a day at the beach, eating fish and chips or a game of pitch & put mini golf, then climb the renowned 199 stairs to the medieval abbey while admiring stunning coastline views from the summit. Take a stroll along the harbour, board a boat and go whale watching, or go for a sunset stroll along the pier to the lighthouse. The town centre also boasts a wide selection of pubs, shops, restaurants, cafes and local galleries. Six miles away is Robin Hood's Bay, a broad, sweeping bay surrounded by breathtaking cliffs and stunning moorland landscape. There, walkers may enjoy beach and cliff-top strolls, and prominent sights include the museum and the Old Coastguard Station, which is maintained by the National Trust. Clean and tidy, comfy beds and everything needed for our stay. Brilliant location

10 mins walk into the centre of Whitby. Plenty of living space for 6 adults. Could do with an outside light at the front door, so you are able to see where you are putting the key. We have booked for next year

5 mins to west cliffe sea front and about 15 minutes walk to town one way and 15 minutes to a lovely pub called the White House. Lovely pub and food and the setting is beautiful. Amazing sunsets. Will definitely book again if available. Only negative is the late check in and early check out. 16:30 & 09:30. And would benefit from new garden furniture to take advantage of the south facing garden.
