A very tired and run-down house. Looks like it's been rented out for a while with little to no maintenance. The roof leaks into the upstairs bedroom when it rains, there wasn't enough loo roll for the amount of guests staying and drinks glasses and crockery were mismatched and in short supply.

it was fine. We wanted a place to stay and this provided that, it was clean and had the amenities we needed. Its a really nice street, and the houses around look lovely, this place could be amazing. The decor inside is fairly dated and quite random, there is only one toilet and thats in the basement with the kitchen and there are a lot of stairs, so thats something to factor in. If you just need a place to stay, this is fine, if you want a house to cook in and spend a bit of time in, this would be it if it was updated, but for now, for the money, I would look elsewhere.

Our third time here this year. We love it. Very spacious, central, clean and homely. Other friends came this time and they were very impressed. Feels like coming home.
