It was so comfortable, clean & cosy. Everything had been thought of to make our stay a real pleasure. If we go back to Whitby we would definitely book this cottage again and will certainly recommend it to family & friends.

Enough room for us all. We found the stairs to the top room very steep but the info did warn about this. The outside space was very welcome. The lack of a washing machine was an issue. Admittedly one was not listed in the inventory but I hadn't thought to check until just before we came. The amount of money you pay for accommodation now, to me, should imply a facility of that kind. But all in all we enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the town, although steep, is good. And the house itself was well maintained and comfortable.

The walk up the hill home might be more difficult for those less mobile. This was our second time staying at Laridae and we plan to come back again.
