Guests say

The Whitby Townhouse is a well-received holiday rental with guests praising its cleanliness, central location, and thoughtful touches like a welcome pack. While the living space may feel a bit tight for larger groups, the accommodation is equipped with modern amenities, and the beds are noted for their comfort. Some guests mentioned minor issues with maintenance and parking, but overall experiences have been positive, with several visitors considering return stays.

Guests consistently describe the property as lovely, clean, and well-maintained, contributing to a high cleanliness rating.

The central location is frequently highlighted as perfect, close to local attractions and amenities, though parking challenges slightly affect the score.

Comfortable beds and sofas are mentioned, but limited lounge space and draughty areas suggest room for improvement in overall comfort.

The property is well-equipped, but comments about slippy steps, rusty furniture, and the need for kitchen updates indicate some areas need attention.

The welcome pack and provisions for a dog are appreciated, showing thoughtfulness, but it's noted that such gifts are kindly provided and may not be guaranteed for every stay.

Excellent house with everything we could require. Parking was non existing so we had to park elsewhere . The only bad point was the incredibly draughty doors and windows. There was a constant cold breeze coming in from the back door the whole time even though we kept every door closed and used the draught excluders. This house would be perfect in the summer

We have had a lovely time once we actually found the house! The parking even with a permit was difficult for my elderly parents-I don't know what it's like in the summer but we would definitely look to use it again for a winter break! It made my big birthday experience a wonderful one due to it's cleanliness, lots of invaluable touches such as the welcome pack and facilities for our son's dog and lots of equipment throughout te property.
