A great pet friendly cottage just a five minute drive from Staithes. With extended ground floor this cottage is perfectly placed to enjoy the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and coastline.. 1 step to entrance.

The cottage has been extended to create a warm and inviting living space, complete with exposed beams, an electric wood burner, and a Smart TV with Netflix and Sky package. French doors lead through to a spacious country-style kitchen/dining area, fully equipped with modern appliances including a washing machine, gas hob, and electric oven.
To the rear, a porch provides a useful space for coats and boots, while outside, a private enclosed patio, just a few yards from the cottage, offers seating and bike storage. The ground floor features a separate toilet for added convenience. Upstairs, you’ll find a kingsize master bedroom with lovely sea views, a twin and a modern shower room.
Set in the heart of the village within walking distance to Runswick bay, and a short walk from the welcoming local pub, Lobster Pot is just a five-minute drive from Staithes. Spotlessly clean holiday cottage. Would have been rated higher if it had a dishwasher, no need for washing machine. Also a cafetaire or coffee machine. The parking was not quite as easy as we were led to believe specially if you were back a bit late. However we had a very enjoyable week visiting lots of places in various directions and the dog was quite happy.

The smell inside was not disguised by the abundance of plug in air fresheners. The property looked clean and basic. The downstairs cloakroom didn't have a working light. The outside secure space ( we have a dog) was 2 doors away. We thought it was attached to the property, so was pointless.
