Very quiet & relaxing. You need to drive to the nearest pub or shop but you do expect that in the country. There are some low beams in the property so be mindful of that.

Three good sized bedrooms with plenty of storage, two lovely bathrooms, enough seating in the lounge for more than a dozen (with pool and table tennis facilities too), and a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. Excellent location for exploring the North York Moors and Howardian Hills, with nearby Helmsley (with its open air pool) a particular highlight.
