This beautifully-appointed property, with indoor heated swimming pool, set in a third of an acre of enclosed gardens, provides generously proportioned, flexible holiday accommodation. Set between Kinross and Dollar, overlooking the Ochil Hills, it is centrally located for exploring the southern Highlands and central Scotland. Gleneagles is 15 minutes away; St Andrews, Edinburgh, Dundee and Glasgow are 45 minutes; Perth and Stirling are 20 minutes. There are 25 castles and 35 golf courses within 5-40 minutes’ drive (including Gleneagles, St Andrews and Carnoustie). Local activities and attractions include horse riding, fishing, curling, hillwalking, gliding, sailing, waterskiing, canoeing, shooting, birdwatching and golf. Various motor sports at Knockhill Racing Circuit, hovercrafting at Craigluscar and off roading at Oakley Buggy Centre. Visit Blair Drummond Safari Park, Loch Leven Castle, Vane Farm Nature Reserve, Wallace Monument, Stirling Castle, Falkirk Wheel, Deep Sea World, Townhill National Waterski Centre and Lochore Meadows Country Park (canoeing, sailing). Just back from a fun filled stay at Tigh Na Beannaich. The house is really spacious, fully equipped with everything you need, beds all very comfortable and the pool made the stay so much fun. Peaceful location but easy access to lots of surrounding attractions. The host Heather was great, gave helpful information before we arrived, checked in via text to ensure we had everything we needed and even had some treats and essentials for our arrival. Would highly recommend for a family getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent holiday at Tigh Na Beannaich. It is a beautiful, spacious, welcoming house and is well maintained and very clean. We stayed there with three generations and found lots of activities for every age group to enjoy. The swimming pool was great and all ages enjoyed fun sessions in it. The house is very well stocked with everything you could need during your stay and the garden area is lovely with plenty outside chairs and loungers. Our toddler was also delighted to discover a wooden covered sand pit in the garden too. We visited lots of local areas of interest, (the Kelpies, Knockhill, Castle Campbell, Japanese Outdoor Gardens are all close by) and would like to thank Heather for the lovely welcome package and also for all her help, local knowledge and friendliness. We loved our stay and plan to return in the future.

A fantastic holiday house - we stayed for a week as a group of friends with children. The beds were comfy and the house is very spacious. Great social spaces for different groups - cosy family room, big living room and comfortable dining room. Even the (very well equipped) kitchen had plenty of space for chatting round the dining table in there. We enjoyed the garden - plenty of room for the kids to play and even a sandpit! And of course the pool was the highlight!
