There is a more formal lounge off the kitchen area which has views towards White Loch, as well as a Smart TV and and wood burner effect electric fire. The kitchen is made even brighter with the large roof skylights and is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Heading up the stairs to the first floor, on the mid landing you will find a bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. On the first floor there is a king size bedroom with dual aspect windows offering views over the open countryside and garden. Also on this floor is a small shower room with shower and WC and a pretty twin bedroom with views over towards the loch. Outside, there is an enclosed tiered garden with a lawn and patio area; it is a peaceful place to sit out, read a book and relax. Lockable bike and golf club storage is available. There is private parking to the front of the house on the gated drive for two cars. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size and 1 twin. 2 bathrooms 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC, and 1 shower room with shower and WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Smart TV in the lounge. Wood burner (first basket of log included). Underfloor heating on the ground floor. Private parking for 2 cars. Lockable storage for bikes and golf clubs. Please note that the garden is walled and gated however it is not fully dog proof.
