This stylish ground floor apartment is furnished in contemporary, soothing tones with plenty of space to spread out. With three bedrooms and an open plan living space, there are also French doors leading to the garden area.
Situated in a residential area of Aviemore, the apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the thriving village with its abundance of excellent eateries, retail outlets, leisure amenities, regular festival/events and a supermarket. Aviemore, in heart of the Cairngorms National Park, is one of the most popular all year holiday locations in Scotland and the UK. With Scotland’s largest ski resort and a variety of outdoor activities available, it is the perfect place to embrace the great outdoors or unwind in unspoilt scenery.
The entire region is a haven for outdoor activities and adventure sports – and all set in what is arguably one of the most stunning backdrops anywhere in the UK. Hillwalkers and climbers in particular flock to the Cairngorms to sample an almost unending number of routes, climbs and challenges that sees them coming back to Aviemore year after year. For wildlife lovers, there is an abundance of wild animals from deer to pine martens, and, if you are lucky enough, even wildcats.

This apartment is in a great location, with easy access to Aviemore town centre and to local attractions. Overall we had a great family holiday here although we did have to buy towels. Each guest was only provided with a bath towel, hand towels are definitely needed, especially for the ladies when washing their hair. The quality of the towels provided was not great considering the cost of the apartment. There was also a leak under the kitchen sink which we did not know about until there was water spilled all over the floor. This happened while we were cooking and was a health and safety risk. We then discovered a bowl placed under the sink to collect water from this leak leading us to believe that it was a known issue. If we had been made aware of this we could have emptied the bowl and prevented the water leaking over the kitchen floor. It is a lovely apartment though, and I would be happy to stay there again in the future.

We've stayed at the Steadings before, in a different apartment so we knew what to expect. This one was very similar but lacked a few of the extras that we had in the previous one, simple things mainly so it did not affect our stay.
