Our Tree Top offers all the home basics you’d expect but in a “tiny house”. It offers modern shabby chic accommodation which is perfect to chill out and use as a base for exploring the Beautiful Scottish Border. A fully equipped kitchen area, modern lounge, upstairs attic sleeping area and full sized shower room all fit neatly within in our Tiny House. Additional sleeping for two is available in the lounge area. Enjoy relaxing on the decked area with your own private hot tub.. Dogs are permitted in the Avantgarde accommodation only but must not be allowed in the bedrooms.

Please note the park drain, clean and refill our hot tubs after every departure for our guests health & safety, and therefore we can’t guarantee that your hot tub will be at optimum temperature on arrival
