Located on the edge of the lake. Ground floor: Master bedroom with king-size double with en suite shower. Spacious living room with spectacular vaulted ceiling, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake, which laps up against the living room window, and galleried landing looking down over the living area. Separate kitchen and dining area. Outside, large decking area with outdoor furniture, private jetty and outdoor hot tub. First floor: One twin with en suite bath with overhead shower.. Fishing is permitted with the relevant license and there is carp of various sizes in the lakes. This is not advertised as it is not a fishery, but guests are able to fish from their lodge if there is decking on the lake or on common areas around the lake. All fish must be returned and there is no charge.
Group Bookings/Party Types:
Infants must be included in the party total. The site does not allow group bookings, stag or hen parties.
Facilities
Pamper Packs consist of Champagne, fresh flowers, chocolates and use of bathrobes.

We stayed in Lower Boathouse Lodge.The lodge is amazing , equipped with everything you need and more. The hotub under the clear starry sky was fabulous.The Beds were super comfy, showers hot and easy to use.Shaun put his Rods out and with 15 minutes had a Carp which was pristine, the fish he caught (Which were many) were in a really healthy condition. The middle lake is best for fishing in Shaun and his brother Mikes opinion.The site was well kept, peaceful and beautiful. The view from the huge windows was simply stunning.Communication with the owners Gemma and Steve was great and the welcome pack was a lovely suprise.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The most perfect break to celebrate My 40th birthday 🥳 the lodge was absolutely beautiful and so cosy. The views from the window were outstanding. The surrounding area and the lake was so surreal and peaceful. It’s everything you could ask for for a cozy winter break. We’re already looking at booking again for next year.
