Cuddfan is set just outside the seaside town of Aberystwyth, in a remote, peaceful area, surrounded by countryside and farmlands. This large, spacious converted barn provides the perfect base for exploring the sandy beach, bars, restaurants and much more that Aberystwyth has to offer, with a bus stop conveniently placed at the end of the access lane to the property. There is parking for 4 cars via the driveway and garden areas featuring; outdoor furniture, coal BBQ, hot tub and a bar.

This is a large property perfect for family or friend groups. Lovely area but there is a working farm next door Garden is secure if you take animals. Place was clean and tidy and property owner lovely and helpful. Extra cooking equipment needed as only one large pan which needs replacing. Patio door very difficult to lock , which the owner is addressing , hot tub was lovely. If you want a nice relaxing place to stay as a group this would be ideal.
