Entering into the cottage there is a small hallway with door to a stylish downstairs wetroom with shower and WC. Through to the good sized open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is a light and airy space with laminate floors ideal after a day at the beach. French doors offer access to the rear garden area. The lounge has a large sofa TV a pebble effect electric fire and the dining area has a table and bench seats. The kitchen is just off the lounge and is well laid out with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave and washing machine. From the lounge head upstairs via a dog leg staircase to the bedrooms.
There is a large king-size bedroom with built-in wardrobes and dressing table and also a twin bedroom both via the landing. Outside there is a small patio ideal for al fresco dining and to the fore and the rear of the property are open lawns for everyone to enjoy. The cottage is set in some 40 acres of shared grounds.
