This unique home is a superb place for an authentic British retreat, as the grown-ups dine next to William Morris adorned walls, and the children play in the grounds surrounded by rolling hills, wildlife and the sweet sounds of nature. Four-legged friends are also welcomed to come along and join in on all the fun!

Your days can be best spent relaxing in the living room, reading in the study or just lapping up the beautiful surroundings on country walks beautiful enough to keep you coming back again and again. There are four double bedrooms, one en-suite with bath and shower over, and a room with a small double bed. There is a family bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle, as well as an additional shower room. All these rooms are on the first floor accessed by either of the two staircases.

Days out can be spent discovering the local town of Lampeter or driving to the coast for fun-filled days at the seaside, making memories to last a lifetime. Families can enjoy a day out at the National Trust Dolaucothi Gold Mines at Pumpsaint, the Silver Mountain Experience (silver-lead mines) at Ponterwyd or the red kite feeding centre at Bwlch Nant Yr Arian. Or why not take a trip on a traditional steam train from Aberystwyth to the falls at Devil’s Bridge? Beach 13 miles. Pub and restaurant 3¼ miles.
