Did not receive key code had to chase for it. Small bedroom door handle hard to open child would be locked in. Extractor fan in bathroom not working. Bi fold doors need attention- hard to open. Welcome pack a joke., packet of biscuits and a bottle of milk. Lots of Dead flies. The whole place needs a deep clean. Windows really need cleaning. Having said all the above it is a lovely position but attention to detail needs addressing it is not cheap.

Very beautiful and peaceful location with plenty of room throughout the property. The views from the property are outstanding. if you head down to Llangrannog, the views are even better. I walked down (it was harder getting back) and the views were incredible. The property itself is a lovely property, but could do with a thorough clean outside before the summer peak. The outside of the windows are covered in spiderwebs, the patio furniture needed a quick clean, the washing line was covered in grime and had to be wiped down before we used it. The shower in the small bathroom needs a deep clean around the edges of the shower. There are some minor areas that need some TLC. Overall the property was welcoming and comfy. We would stay here again the next time we visit the area.

The house, the view and luckily the weather were exceptional!! The house was really clean and well stocked.. it had everything we needed. The view from the house it’s truly special and we can’t wait to hopefully come back again. Local amenities were great and highly recommend the Pentre Arms in Llangrannog and the y bryn a’r bragdy in brynhoffnant for food and drinks. Hive ice cream in Aberaeron is also the best ice cream you’ll ever taste !
