This property was everything we thought it would be for our occasion. We were 12 adults and 6 children. Every room had on suit , we all thought beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone. Lovely and clean and cosy for saying it is a large area . We would certainly use it again.

We’ve been coming here now for 12 years for a large friends and family Christmas party weekend. The the house is a great size, with lots of accommodation across several rooms in two ‘wings’. Well equipped kitchen and large living room area make it the perfect location for a big group get together (we cook a full Christmas dinner for 15+ people!). It’s spacious enough that people can have some privacy but still feel warm and cosy! The location is fantastic with wonderful views plenty of nice walks and you’re a short walk to Tregaron, which is a nice little village with pubs, local gift shops, cafés a couple of convenience stores and petrol garage or relatively short drove to Aberystwyth, with everything that has to offer (a quick google will also show the bus routes from Aberystwyth station that drop off very nearby, which can be useful when guests are coming from different areas). The owners are lovely, welcoming and helpful but never intrusive. It really has become a home away from home for our group and I’m sure we’ll be coming back for years to come!
