Tirmynydd Farm Cottage receives high praise for its cleanliness, spaciousness, and well-equipped facilities. Guests appreciate the large garden, peaceful setting, and proximity to the Gower Peninsula’s attractions. The cottage is ideal for families, groups, and dog owners, with thoughtful touches and helpful hosts frequently mentioned. While most found the beds comfortable, a few guests noted some mattresses could be improved. The location is quiet yet convenient for exploring local beaches and amenities. Overall, the cottage offers a welcoming and enjoyable base for a memorable holiday.
Multiple reviews highlight the cottage as very clean and well maintained, even with it being dog-friendly. Only one review mentioned a split toilet seat, but this did not detract significantly from the overall impression.
Guests consistently praise the location for its peacefulness and easy access to the Gower Peninsula, beaches, and local amenities. The setting is described as ideal for exploring the area, with walks from the door and a village shop and pub nearby.
The cottage is described as comfortable, cosy, and spacious, suitable for families and groups. However, a few guests mentioned uncomfortable mattresses in some rooms, which slightly lowers the score.
The property is repeatedly described as very well equipped, with a large garden, secure bike storage, laundry facilities, and plenty of information for guests. The only minor negative was the lack of an upstairs bathroom for larger groups.
Guests appreciated thoughtful touches such as cleaning products, tourist information, and helpful communication from the hosts. While some reviews mention these extras, please note that such gifts or amenities are not guaranteed for every stay.

Very well equipped cottage, with a large garden. Not too far from some very nice beaches, although parking at some I.e. Caswell beach can be difficult as it gets very busy.

We, four fellas in the area to play golf, loved our stay. The cottage was very clean on our arrival. It was equipped with everything we needed. It was in a great location with a pub and a village shop a short walk away. Communication with the hosts was excellent and Kath was super helpful. Would definitely recommend and we are thinking of returning next year

Clean, comfortable and well equipped. We were a group of 6 adults and the space didn't feel cramped.A good base for exploring Gower without paying a premium for more well known locations. Would definitely return.
