A whitewashed, semi-detached property, offering all the home comforts needed for a relaxing retreat, this cottage is one you'll want to return to. Entering through the side of the property and into the contemporary-styled kitchen/diner, a well-equipped room with sleek cream units and wooden worktops hosting wonderful appliances such as an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, and fridge, sure to assist you in preparing a home-cooked treat, as well as a convenient washing machine, the wonderful assistant after a day of rambling. Once you've enjoyed time together around the dining table, carry your conversations through to the sitting room and unwind on the stylish sofas, with the gas fire bringing a warmth to the room in the summer months, it's the perfect place to get lost in a good book. Before bed, head into the shower room to wash away the day with a warming shower, before choosing from either the double or twin bedrooms, both offering a homely setting and plenty of space for your personal belongings. Outside the cottage is an enclosed lawn area where your canine companion can enjoy running around freely whilst you dine alfresco with a full English breakfast on the patio area. Sitting at the centre of Abergele, the property benefits from an array of amenities within walking distance, with glimpses of Gwrych Castle seen from the front door, it's well-worth a walk to see it up close in all its glory, before heading to Manorafon Farm Park for a day of family fun and friendly animals. Also in the town are a range of leisure facilities including golf, a skate park and a beautiful beach where you can try a new watersport or simply soak in the sun. Head into the nearby town of Llandudno where you can visit the fantastic pier and take the tramway up the Great Orme, or venture further to the town of Conwy with its well-preserved town walls, medieval castle and Britain’s smallest house. Enrich yourself in history by visiting the town's imposing castle, or spend time relaxing on the golden sands of the beach, before heading to one of the delicious eateries in the area, with a selection of pubs, cafés and restaurants to choose from. In easy reach of Rhyl and Colwyn Bay too, Abergele is a wonderful base for your Welsh escape.

Sofa and beds are comfy, garden is nice to sit out when the sun is shining. Quiet location with plenty of areas to walk your dog. There are books and DVD's if you don't want to go out. Good Beaches at Prestatyn, Colwyn Bay and Rhos on Sea. Can recommend the George and Dragon and the Abergele fish bar.

Good folder prepared and box of leaflets on bookshelf with suggestions of place to go. Very calm atmosphere for a relaxing break. Nice neighbours.
