Guests say

Bryn Tirion is a well-received holiday cottage, praised for its stunning views, spaciousness, and enjoyable hot tub. Guests appreciate the added entertainment of a games room and the tranquil setting. While some minor maintenance issues and cleanliness concerns are noted, the overall experience is positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

Most guests found the property clean and comfortable, with a few noting areas for improvement such as the oven and hot tub maintenance. The majority of reviews, however, reflect satisfaction with the cleanliness standards.

The location is highly praised for its beautiful scenery, peacefulness, and proximity to local amenities and attractions in North Wales. The views and rural setting are particularly appreciated.

Guests report the property as spacious and comfortable, with ample facilities for a large group. Some minor issues with beds and seating are mentioned, but overall, the comfort level is rated highly.

The facilities, including the hot tub, games room, and kitchen, are well-received. Some guests mention the need for maintenance and updates, but these do not significantly detract from the overall experience.

While some guests mention welcome gifts such as a hamper with Welsh treats, not all reviews reference this, and it is not consistent enough to score. It is noted that such gestures are appreciated but not guaranteed.

. The kitchen needed a deep clean, the oven was very greasy, the inside of cupboards and drawers needed a good clean. On the picture where the hot tub stands looked amazing, beautiful coloured paving, unfortunately no beautiful paving could be seen, they were all dirty with algae... Needed a power washer on them and they would look stunning. The hot tub was a cause for concern, on the screen where you operate it here's what it said. Can't see the top word on the photo I took, but it said it was over due by 87 days. 2nd one says clean filter... Over due by 57 days. 3rd one says.. Change water. Over due by 27 days. I was poorly when I got home, but can't put it down to this, I'll never know. It wouldn't stop me coming back, but I would need to see amazing reviews on the cleanliness. I forgot to mention the horses next to the garden, so lovely!! And 2 apple trees. I made apple crumble for dessert. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

The location was perfect, and the lodge was well-maintained and clean. The hot tub and BBQ were an added bonus, making it even more enjoyable. It was reasonably priced, and we’d definitely return. Highly recommend!"
