A detached bungalow close to the owner's farmhouse and created from on old farm building. Situated in the picturesque and peaceful Nant-Y-Glyn Valley but only a short drive from the coast and all of the amenities of Colwyn Bay. The property enjoys a sunny aspect and wonderful rural views across woodland and open farmland. Good walking country with walks on your doorstep! Comfortably furnished and well equipped to provide ideal holiday accommodation for exploring the whole of North Wales.
Colwyn Bay offers the best of the North Wales countryside and coastline. As a base from which to explore all that the region has to offer, this seaside town is an attraction in itself but is also within easy access of many of North Wales' hidden gems such as the Mountain Zoo, the prestigious Theatr Clwyd and a number of stunning National Trust properties. The town itself is well-served by great shopping facilities and, for those who like a bit of outdoor adventure, there are ample opportunities for fishing, sailing and jet-skiing. The beaches in the area are undergoing constant improvement and some have achieved awards for their cleanliness and presentation.

The views from the property were beautiful and watching the moon rise every evening was out of this world. Highly recommend visiting Llanberis and going on the Snowdon Mountain Railway train to Snowdon summit, Portmeirion was amazing (word of advice is to book lunch at the castle hotel which gives you free entry into Portmeirion village) and lastly a steam train journey is a must - plenty of different routes to chose from. We would 100% come back and stay at this lovely property again.

Owner always ready to help if needed. Only drawback was the very narrow lane about 3/4 miles long, for accessing the property - there were many potholes. Of course, we know that is outside the owner's control.
