Stepping into the living room you will find comfortable sofas, a cosy fireplace and Smart TV, perfect for enjoying an evening watching a movie or catching up on the soaps. Benefitting from natural light, venture through to the spacious dining room, where you can enjoy a family meal or takeaway. The kitchen has all cooking essentials including electric oven, hob, fridge, microwave and slow cooker. Enjoy views of the sea whilst you cook. Retreating to the first-floor, you’ll be welcomed by three stylish bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. You will find plenty of storage and character across each room, including a kingsize bed, a bedroom with two bunk beds and a further double bed.
Rhos on Sea has several cafés and restaurants all within walking distance of this property. The local cycle path runs right past taking you to Llandudno in one direction and all the way to Rhyl in the other. The town of Colwyn Bay, with its shops, bars and Welsh Mountain Zoo, is just a few miles away, as is the Victorian seaside town of Llandudno, world famous for its mountain goats. If you want to explore further, the Snowdonia National Park with a plethora of outdoor activities can be reached in less than an hour. Beach 80 yards. Pub and restaurant 77 yards.

Brilliant house in an excellent area. It was spacious but honestly think the lounge would not accommodate 8 people as seating only for at the most 6 but there is a dining room next door. The house has a drive at the side which if you reverse down has room for at least 2 cars, the road is normally quite full with on street (free) parking. There is around 8 steps to the kitchen door where the key safe is so if arriving in the dark you need a torch as the sensor light was not working whilst we were there. In the back yard/garden 2 fence panels from the top of the wall were missing so keep an eye on any dogs. Also stated tumble dryer in the garage but there wasn't one, only found out after doing some washing but, there was a clothes airer.We had a lovely week and were very comfortable and warm. There are loads of cafes and small shops close by and on the whole dog friendly. There is a spar and a co-op within a short walk and take aways close by.Will definitely try to return in 2026.

Our third visit to Sea View Cottage Rhos on Sea was fantastic again.We love being there as always.So clean and comfortable with all amenities very close by.Off road parking is a bonus as roadside parking is limited. The pub and takeaways are all walking distance and a short car journey to inland and coastal resorts is good.Going in November was a rick weather wise but just get "wrapped up" its still great.We will go back soon.Thank you for letting us stayAndy and NicolaChesterfieldSouth Yorkshire

Our 4th visit to this property and am sure won’t be our last. The house has everything we need for a relaxing break near the sea. Information received prior to arrival was really helpful. The property was clean and a warm and welcoming place to return to after walking along the coast. We had everything we needed within walking distance in Rhos on Sea. There are a few independent shops, supermarkets, cafes, pubs and even a microbrewery! Everyone was really friendly and made us feel welcome. Another great break at Seaview Cottage.
