The cottage receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews mentioning its spotless condition upon arrival. One isolated comment about cleaning the outside area slightly impacts the score.
The location is highly praised for its convenience and proximity to local attractions, with guests appreciating the short walks to the town centre and castle. Parking is noted as a minor issue but does not detract significantly from the overall positive feedback.
Comfort is well-regarded, with guests finding the beds and living spaces to their liking. A few comments about noise and the heat in the attic room suggest room for improvement, but overall satisfaction is high.
Facilities are generally appreciated, especially the well-appointed kitchen. However, some guests suggest improvements such as non-stick cookware and additional mirrors. The lack of a dishwasher was mentioned, but the presence of modern amenities like fast WiFi and a power shower are positive aspects.
Guests mention thoughtful touches like Welsh cakes, milk, and helpful notes from the owner, which contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. It is noted, however, that such gestures may vary and are not guaranteed for every stay.

Brilliant!

I was first struck on entering by its cleanliness - the condition was immaculate. The house is well laid out and the kitchen has all you need to settle in and take care of all your culinary needs. The bedroom I used was spacious and the bed was very very comfortable. I slept soundly, which is never a guarantee for me. There was ample hot water and good water pressure. The wi-fi was great and I had no issues streaming on my tablet, though I also appreciated having a tv to catch some news and such. The location was wonderfully, just a few steps from a great pub and from an access point to the old city walls. I found the hosts to be very helpful when I reached out to get a drying rack for a load of laundry I had to do. If I get back to Conwy, I would definitely stay here again.

I did wish there was a laundry airer for drying clothes. Conwy has the loudest seagulls we have ever heard, but other than that, we slept great!
