Cwt Tyddyn Shepherd’s Hut rests in the rural hamlet of Cefn Brith, near Cerrigydrudion, offering a charming and well-presented retreat that’s perfect for couples craving a peaceful escape in the North Wales countryside. The accommodation is thoughtfully arranged across three separate buildings, each with its own purpose and comforts. The shepherd’s hut serves as the main sleeping and relaxing space, featuring a comfortable double bed, a foldable table with chairs, a cosy log burner, and a small table with a kettle along with tea, coffee and other essentials. A few steps away, the summer house offers an additional living space equipped with a table and chairs, a sofa, and practical self‑catering facilities including a fridge, air fryer, toaster, microwave, and all necessary crockery and cutlery.
Completing the setup is the separate bathroom building, which includes a shower, sink and toilet, providing everything you need after a day spent exploring the surrounding countryside. Outside, an enclosed lawned area with a picnic bench and barbecue offers a pleasant setting to soak up the quiet surroundings, whether it’s a lazy breakfast or an evening meal with nothing but birdsong for company. Off-road parking and a pet-friendly policy mean four-legged explorers are just as welcome. With Betws-y-Coed and Bala within driving distance, and a wealth of scenic beauty spots and outdoor pursuits close at hand, Cwt Tyddyn Shepherd’s Hut provides a delightful blend of simplicity and comfort, a proper countryside hideaway in the heart of Conwy.
