Fabulous location as a gatehouse to an estate. Very quiet surroundings, the house has a feeling of relaxation. Loads of places to visit in the area. Llangollen has many eateries as does the surrounding area. I can recommend this lodge to all.

With a 34 degree outside temperature this, well shaded, house kept pretty cool. The surrounding area is spectacularly nice, as is the town of Llangollen. The roads are incredibly dangerous, due to bad drivers. The cattle grid, adjacent to the property, is a nuisance due to the loud noise it emits every time a vehicle crosses it. Overall, let’s just say BRILLIANT!
