25 in total including 3 teenagers a 4 year old and a baby. The Bevan is in a beautiful setting, great local pub was a 5 minute drive, 15 minute walk. Loads of room inside and out, was very busy (it was Sunday afternoon). Unfortunately we had torrential rain on one day and had a massive leak in No. 14 built in wardrobe and one of the patio doors in the lounge which was probably because the gutters need clearing. The games room was great (3 of the pool cues were without tips but we managed with the other 3) had loads of fun. The bedrooms were lovely. Loads of room in the dining room. The housekeeper and cleaners and maintenance men were very helpful.

Nothing to connect to the projector so unsure why it is advertised unless people are informed to bring their own media source/cables etc. Certain things broken such as basketball in games room, pool cues with broken or no tips so we didn't get the use we expected out of the games room, 1 dishwasher not working, mains sockets in some rooms not working. Property needs a coat of paint and a good clean in many areas, a lot of dirty crockery in the cupboards and bins at rear of property already full on arrival.
